Maple Balsamic Glazed Carrots


1/2 cup Crystal City Maple Balsamic Vinegar

2  12oz packages of Petite Baby Carrots

2-3 Tbs.  Crystal City Butter Olive Oil


In small saucepan heat the Mable Balsamic on Medium heat to reduce it by about 1/2.  (takes about 10min., when the balsamic coats the back of a metal spoon it is ready)

Boil Carrots in salted water just until the "crunch" is gone.  In saucepan place the Butter Olive Oil, add the carrots and sauté for a few minutes.  Add the Maple balsamic and serve!
